Property Management

While everyone recognizes that ‘location, location, location’ is one of the most important elements of real estate, we believe that ‘management, management, management’ is paramount to the success of our projects. Our experienced and professional team provides diligent and responsive management services to our clients.

Financial management and reporting

  • Create customized reports including: rent roll, monthly financial statements, accounts receivable reports, security deposit reports, vendor voucher compilation, vacancy and lease expiration, capital expenditures/major project report

Tenant relations

  • Follow proactive procedures that increase tenant satisfaction, including: tenant services log, property inspections, monthly visits with tenants, and tenant appreciation program

Maintenance services

  • Conduct routine property maintenance services and provide immediate assistance with in-house staff
  • Review all vendor contracts annually to ensure top quality services at competitive prices
